If a product has been received with a faulty issue or a manufacturer’s damage, please contact us and provide photos of the items. We do not offer reshipments or refunds for products that have been wrongly ordered, such as size exchanges. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
